Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes to it.However, if you've ordered the wrong thing or changed your mind, processing a return is super easy via our Returns Portal.

Your order number can be found on your Order Confirmation email from us. Please be sure to search your inbox and spam/junk folders in case it landed in there.
Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other. This includes the use of store credits. If you have a gift card, this is as good as cash. So, you can use it in conjunction with any other discount.

Made to order purchases usually ship within 1–2 weeks. As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with tracking details. If your order includes both Made to order and in-stock items, everything will ship together.
Yes, of course! Keep in mind that your entire order will ship together once the Made to order item is ready.
Delays are rare, but if your Made to Order item hasn’t shipped within 3 weeks, get in touch and we’ll look into it for you.
Yes! If there’s an active promo and your order qualifies, your Made to Order items will be included. Just note that we can’t apply discount codes retroactively once the order’s been placed.
Made to Order items can’t be cancelled, as they're made just for you. This also applies to any in-stock items in the same order. Once your order arrives, you’re welcome to return eligible items in line with our Returns Policy.
