Any customs duties, import taxes, or border fees charged by your local government are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are not charged or paid for by iSTRAP. Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs authority if you're unsure whether charges may apply to your order.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, a refund cannot be provided.
